Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain solid customer relationships.
•Manage maintenance teams across assigned area, including coordinators and direct supervision of technicians.
•Execute Coordinator responsibilities when applicable.
•Oversee workload and optimize sharing of human and material resources; implement and monitor KPIs.
•Challenge and optimize budgets related to material purchasing.
•Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
•Identify and escalate training gaps; coordinate deployment of trained technicians.
•Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Engineers for high-quality service.
•Liaise with HR BPs on individual cases and corporate processes.
•Coordinate with Deployment teams for maintenance team arrival on new sites.
•Define and set up on-site team organization for new site launches.
•Support HR and Safety teams on compliance with local regulations.
•Ensure application of EHS procedures for internal teams and external partners.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
