Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
•Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
•Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
•Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
•Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces
•Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts
•Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief
•Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration
•Push ideas further through experimentation and thoughtful challenge
•Work confidently across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling
•Experiment with new workflows that improve speed and output quality
•Operate comfortably close to engineering constraints and implementation realities
•Use emerging tools thoughtfully to accelerate exploration and execution
•Use AI image/video generation tools as part of the design process
•Communicate design reasoning clearly and confidently
