Key Responsibilities
- Design and run lab experiments
- Validate system-level performance across the full RF front-end (PA, PAMiD, LNA, DRX, antenna tuning)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (RF design, modem software, system engineering)
- Own how new modem features are developed, tested, and optimised
- TX/RX signal chain architecture
- Digital Pre-Distortion, PAMiD and DRX optimisation
- Antenna tuner control strategies
- Modem algorithms across 4G, 5G, and beyond
