Key Responsibilities

•Perform physical movement of materials within the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping.
•Execute system transactions for all material movements (e.g., goods receipt, transfer postings, consumption, scrapping).
•Coordinate daily operational warehouse activities and priorities.
•Act as a first point of contact for operational warehouse topics.
•Support and guide colleagues in day-to-day warehouse activities.
•Ensure full alignment between physical inventory and system records.
•Ensure full compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and company policies.
•Support quality and production processes by ensuring materials are correctly identified and available.
•Follow warehouse processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
•Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, investigate discrepancies.
•Maintain proper handling, labeling, and storage conditions.
