•Set and manage expectations, performance goals, time commitments, resources and risks
•Initiate and maintain up-to-date MS project files and Connectivity updates
•Discuss assignments with project team(s)
•Design and plan experiments based on general guidelines, instructions, and project timelines
•Motivate a multidisciplinary team to work together towards a common goal
•Be present/engaged in the operational area
•Identify deviations, assess project impact, investigate root cause, and make proposals for improvements
