Key Responsibilities

•Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration in line with site schedules and procedures.
•Support development and updating of calibration plans, FMEAs, and preventive maintenance strategies.
•Contribute to calibration uncertainty calculations and ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels.
•Provide hands-on technical support to production to ensure safe and reliable equipment performance.
•Apply structured root cause analysis to resolve equipment and process issues.
•Manage maintenance- and calibration-related non-conformances and assess quality impact of interventions.
•Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new or upgraded equipment.
•Drive and participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
•Maintain accurate and compliant records in the eCMMS system and ensure high 5S standards in maintenance areas.
•Work in full compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and company policies, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
