Key Responsibilities

•Perform analytical testing including HPLC, pH measurements, SEC, bioburden testing, and PDA.
•Conduct, interpret, and report NMR analyses.
•Perform maintenance and calibration of HPLC equipment and other laboratory instruments.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled laboratory environment.
•Inspect and verify labels and incoming goods against specifications.
•Document, review, and report test results in accordance with approved procedures.
•Coordinate day-to-day QC activities and align priorities within the team.
•Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of activities and deadlines.
•Conduct review meetings with team members to discuss progress and issues.
•Monitor KPIs and other metrics to identify delays or deviations.
•Follow up on agreed actions and escalate issues when necessary.
•Identify and implement improvements in laboratory processes.
•Support team members with technical or operational questions.
