Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers as primary commercial point of contact
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and service offerings
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify needs
- Manage and update contracts, NDAs, and MSAs for assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Track and manage leads and opportunities within portfolio
- Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Technical teams
- Monitor account performance including revenue trends and customer behavior
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Flag risks or changes to Business Development Director
- Contribute to internal reporting on activities and pipeline
- Support data-driven commercial team
