Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the BioPharma Product Testing strategy across Benelux
- Drive top-line growth and market share expansion with focus on strategic accounts
- Position and evolve service portfolio to anticipate regulatory changes and customer needs
- Partner with Company Presidents, Boards, and Executive Management Teams
- Maintain full P&L accountability including revenue growth, margin, cost control, and capital discipline
- Translate commercial strategy into operational levers for efficient service delivery
- Identify and drive structural performance improvements
- Ensure business is led by high-calibre leaders; develop, coach, and succession-plan key talent
- Foster open communication, accountability, and performance culture across countries and sites
