•Lead two teams: Business Control (5 FTE) and Credit Control (5 FTE)
•Support the business and enable optimal financial performance
•Act as 'right-hand' to regional business line leader in financial and strategic topics
•Travel frequently between different locations (Heerenveen, Deventer, Almere, Barendrecht, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen)
•Add value in analyzing, reporting and advising on productivity, pricing and margin management and cost control
•Enable the business to steer directly using uniform dashboards tailored to specific functions
•Seek improvements in automation of processes and controls within Finance
•Motivate team and all stakeholders to deliver results
•Communicate across all levels of the business
•Ask difficult questions and challenge
