Key Responsibilities
- Set and manage expectations, performance goals, time commitments, resources and risks.
- Initiate and maintain up-to-date MS project files and Connectivity updates.
- Design and plan experiments based on guidelines, instructions, and project timelines.
- Motivate a multidisciplinary team to work towards a common goal.
- Identify deviations, assess project impact, investigate root cause, and propose improvements.
- Interpret experimental results and decide path forward with project team.
- Write Statements, Assessments, Subject Protocols, Memos, Reports, and Regulatory documents.
- Ensure operations are performed under GxP (e.g., pilot batches, consistency batches, small scale batches for animal studies, seed productions).
- Propose introduction of new methods and techniques.
- Act as subject matter expert in technical fields and keep track of developments.
