Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global product vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap based on customer needs, user insights, and business priorities.
- Lead product development and lifecycle management, ensuring successful launches, releases, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital solutions and services.
- Collaborate across functions, categories, and business units to align priorities, communication, launch plans, and commercial objectives.
- Identify innovation opportunities and external partnerships that support business development and accelerate growth within Digital Health and Medical Device Solutions.
- Coach and support product managers and teams, while continuously improving ways of working and adapting plans to changing business needs, budgets, and market conditions.
