Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy NRM planning processes, including NRM annual planning
  • •Lead NRM “Sprints” (workshops) to identify and activate growth opportunities
  • •Partner with Sales, Marketing and other functions to embed NRM frameworks
  • •Support financial tracking and KPI development to measure impact
  • •Lead and evolve the NRM People Accelerator roadmap to embed cross-functional behavioural change
  • •Collaboratively design and deliver engagement and embedding programmes
  • •Maintain and improve NRM playbooks and resource hub
  • •Run NRM maturity assessments and track impact through KPIs
  • •Lead NRM Excellence Network sessions and cultivate an engaged international community
  • •Promote best practice through knowledge sharing and recognition
  • •Ensure NRM analytical platforms are embedded in ways of working
  • •Partner with local markets to generate actionable insights from data & analytics
  • •Own the ongoing development and adoption of our Landscape Assessment Portal Power BI report
