Key Responsibilities

•Set a multi-year product vision and roadmap for the ENPICOM Platform, grounded in immunology and drug-discovery workflows
•Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, on-site visits, shadowing scientists in their lab and analysis flow
•Represent ENPICOM at scientific and industry conferences (AIRR Community, AAI, Bio-IT World, and others); bring back signal, not just slides
•Shape AI-native product surfaces, from LLM-assisted analysis to ML-driven insight generation, in close collaboration with engineering and ML teams
•Prototype and wireframe directly. Design, not just brief.
•Define and tend the operational PM craft: prioritisation, release planning, stakeholder communication.
•Coach and grow the broader product organisation as it scales under you
