Key Responsibilities

  • •Acting as technical liaison between customers and development teams.
  • •Reproducing bugs and providing developers with clear analyses.
  • •Supporting software releases and validating fixes.
  • •Identifying recurring issues and contributing ideas for product improvements.
  • •Leveraging AI tools to troubleshoot faster and improve support processes.
  • •Building strong relationships with customers by providing clear technical explanations.
