Key Responsibilities

•Use behavioural and transactional data to measure user journeys, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion and satisfaction.
•Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into product goals (OKRs) and success metrics.
•Design measurement approaches for new product features, launches and iterations (including A/B testing).
•Use AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows in SQL and Python, exploratory analysis, visualisation and documentation.
•Communicate insights and recommendations through analysis, presentations, and dashboards to audiences from product squads to senior leadership.
•Work with Product and Engineering to ensure proper product data capture and define tracking requirements.
