The role involves establishing and leading the site quality organization, managing inspection and test plans, and ensuring compliance with standards. The position requires a degree in engineering, several years of quality management experience in large-scale industrial projects, and fluency in English. The contractual home base is flexible across Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands, with 100% on-site presence at the project location in an EU neighboring country west of Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the site quality organization and maintain the Construction Quality Management Plan
- Prepare, review and manage inspection and test plans in line with contractual, statutory and normative requirements
- Ensure implementation of Quality Management plans incl. FATs and SATs and supervise executing contractors
- Ensure construction-accompanying quality documentation across all trades, conducting quality checks and inspections, and coordinating the relevant experts
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, EU standards, and occupational health & safety legislation
- Continuously improve site quality processes
