Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of integrations, automations, and customizations across DevRev and customers’ workflows.
- Utilize advanced AI techniques including Generative AI, prompt engineering, and semantic search fine-tuning to solve complex customer problems.
- Conduct sophisticated data analysis, write advanced SQL queries, and create dashboards to drive strategic decisions.
- Proactively manage communication and feedback loops with all stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Explore and adopt new technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities and customer solutions.
