- Analyse paid and organic social performance across multiple clients and platforms
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance frameworks
- Conduct social audits and competitive analyses to support new business pitches
- Identify audience, platform and content trends that can strengthen client strategies
- Partner with strategists and creatives to optimise content based on performance insights
- Define and monitor the KPIs that truly matter for each client
- Support quarterly business reviews and client presentations with data-driven storytelling
