Key Responsibilities
- Lead, execute, and deliver exceptional visual design and art direction across high-profile digital campaigns, flagship e-commerce platforms, and content-driven experiences.
- Own the motion landscape for your projects—crafting short-form video, dynamic social content, animated assets, and ambient motion.
- Build interactive prototypes to map out and demonstrate campaign flows, content hierarchies, and user interactions.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure brand storytelling and functional, seamless user journeys.
- Confidently present and articulate creative concepts directly to client stakeholders.
- Navigate and master client brand guidelines, knowing when to respect rules and when to push creative quality.
- Actively integrate AI-enabled creative tools and cutting-edge workflows into your daily design practice.
- Thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and pragmatic agency matrix.
- Own the final delivery, ensuring the highest quality in both design and implementation.
