Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and lifetime value to identify target audience segments and frameworks
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for strategy, navigating complex client environments with sensitivity, authority, and confidence
  • •Critically analyze and interpret strategy effectiveness through metrics such as customer retention rate, repeat purchase rate, and ROI
  • •Act as the vital link between CRM, data, creative, and tech to create truly integrated, full-funnel experiences
  • •Proactively spot opportunities to expand the scope of work into broader strategic territories, participating in new business pitches locally and globally
