Key Responsibilities

•Translate tickets and acceptance criteria into functional, testable components using React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
•Build interfaces from Figma designs with high visual accuracy and attention to pixel perfection.
•Develop responsive layouts and components that adapt elegantly across devices and breakpoints.
•Ensure all components are accessible and inclusive, meeting WCAG 2.2 AA compliance standards.
•Optimize UIs for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) and other performance metrics.
•Contribute to and maintain shared component libraries and frontend standards.
•Collaborate with designers, QA, and backend developers to validate requirements and ship features.
•Follow clean coding practices like DRY, KISS, and component reuse to keep the codebase scalable and maintainable.
