Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers to ensure seamless shipment arrangements and strictly on-time delivery schedules.
•Manage optimal stock levels using accurate forecasting to maintain a Just-in-Time balance.
•Execute strategic planning and routing for all inbound and outbound shipments.
•Utilize SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and proactively analyze sales forecasts.
•Act as the primary operational point of contact for logistics providers, distributors, and sales representatives.
•Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous process tweaks to enhance operational efficiency.
•Prepare monthly sales reports and business reviews to track channel performance and distribution trends.
•Ensure all logistics operations comply with international regulations and meet customer audit requirements.
