Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals.
•Drive demand planning and forecasting processes to improve forecast accuracy and business visibility.
•Manage supply planning activities across manufacturing sites in China, India, and Slovakia.
•Optimize inventory levels while maintaining targeted customer service performance.
•Lead the EMEA Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
•Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and service challenges.
•Drive process improvement, standardization, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
•Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics, including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, backlog, lead times, and inventory health.
•Build organizational capability and scalable processes to support business growth across EMEA.
