Key Responsibilities

•Support sales activities through technical consultations, solution presentations, proposal development, and customer engagements.
•Design and recommend Building Automation, CCTV, and Access Control solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
•Develop scalable system architectures, integration strategies, lifecycle proposals, and technical documentation.
•Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners, system integrators, and internal teams.
•Lead or support project execution, including system design, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover.
•Act as the technical subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues.
•Drive system integration across BAS/BMS, HVAC, energy management, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and third-party platforms.
•Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to recommend innovative and value-driven solutions.
•Support training, knowledge sharing, and capability development for internal teams and partners.
