Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and supply chain data in SAP.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand trends, and support forecasting activities.
- Create and manage purchase orders and track supplier deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time product availability.
- Support import/export, transportation, and customs activities when required.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
- Develop reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Support system enhancements, SAP updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
