Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert-level pre-sales and post-sales technical support to European customers, ensuring seamless integration of automation solutions into HFFS, VFFS, and Flowpack machinery.
•Conduct detailed technical assessments of customer requirements and design customized engineering solutions (motion control, drives, PLC programming, and HMI integration).
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site or remotely, minimizing customer downtime and ensuring optimal machine performance.
•Act as the trusted technical advisor to key European packaging OEMs and system integrators.
•Support the sales team during technical presentations, product demonstrations, and RFPs.
•Gather local market insights, tracking European packaging industry trends to influence product roadmap.
•Deliver high-quality technical training sessions and workshops for customers’ engineering teams and internal distributors.
•Mentor junior application engineers and share deep domain expertise regarding packaging applications.
