Key Responsibilities

•Establish health and safety governance frameworks, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent compliance across all countries.
•Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies and operational practices.
•Represent environmental, health and safety in regional leadership forums and global discussions.
•Lead risk assessments and hazard mitigation planning, conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
•Oversee incident reporting, investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
•Ensure safe execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, and field service activities.
•Develop and deliver training programmes and competency frameworks.
•Promote a proactive safety culture through communication, coaching, and leadership engagement.
•Maintain accurate performance dashboards, KPIs, and regional reporting.
•Engage with external stakeholders and support customer requirements, audits, and contractual obligations.
