Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish health and safety governance frameworks, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent compliance across all countries.
  • •Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies and operational practices.
  • •Represent environmental, health and safety in regional leadership forums and global discussions.
  • •Lead risk assessments and hazard mitigation planning, conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • •Oversee incident reporting, investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • •Ensure safe execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, and field service activities.
  • •Develop and deliver training programmes and competency frameworks.
  • •Promote a proactive safety culture through communication, coaching, and leadership engagement.
  • •Maintain accurate performance dashboards, KPIs, and regional reporting.
  • •Engage with external stakeholders and support customer requirements, audits, and contractual obligations.
