Key Responsibilities
- Own the full EMEA service project portfolio, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead and develop a structured organization of Project Managers, Site Managers, and I&C Engineers, including country-level management layers.
- Build capability, technical competence, and leadership strength across the delivery organization.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting on project status, risks, financials, and resource utilization.
- Standardize tendering, subcontractor management, and procurement processes for project delivery.
- Oversee structured handover processes from Sales to Delivery and from Delivery to Service Operations.
- Ensure all projects follow Delta's safety, compliance, and quality requirements.
