Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and certify embedded firmware for real-time industrial communications protocols (EtherCAT, PROFINET, OPC UA FX including TSN profiles).
- Develop and maintain software for embedded systems, ensuring seamless integration with industrial fieldbus protocols.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with protocol specifications, performance requirements, and functional safety standards.
- Develop unit tests and create development/debug tools.
