Key Responsibilities

•Plan, schedule, and facilitate instructor-led system administration training sessions for external customers.
•Adapt delivery style and content depth to accommodate diverse audiences.
•Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations.
•Serve as a product knowledge resource during training engagements.
•Design and produce self-paced training courses using authoring tools.
•Script, storyboard, record, and edit course content including video walkthroughs and interactive simulations.
•Publish and maintain courses within the company's LMS.
•Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered experiences.
•Partner with Services Organizational Readiness Team to identify training needs for new product releases.
•Develop and deliver internal technical enablement sessions for new releases.
•Translate complex engineering specifications into clear training content.
•Collaborate with Technical Writer to create and maintain standardized training templates.
