Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and execution of Population Health projects across multiple initiatives.
  • •Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers to ensure visibility into progress.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams including Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.
  • •Track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables across workstreams.
  • •Assist in translating project goals into structured plans and milestones.
  • •Support quarterly and PI planning activities.
  • •Maintain accurate status updates in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
  • •Ensure dependencies and risks are documented and escalated appropriately.
  • •Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • •Prepare regular project status reports and support preparation of materials for governance meetings and leadership reviews.
  • •Document decisions, risks, and project updates in a structured and consistent manner.
  • •Identify potential risks and issues through ongoing tracking and team interactions.
  • •Maintain risk and issue logs and ensure timely escalation to leadership.
  • •Follow up on mitigation actions and resolution progress.
  • •Assist in tracking regulatory and clinical deliverables (e.g., documentation, validation activities).
  • •Ensure timelines align with EU regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR, GDPR considerations).
  • •Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation.
  • •Follow established PMO processes, templates, and governance structures.
  • •Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools and reports.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement of program tracking and reporting practices.
