Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of Population Health projects across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers to ensure visibility into progress.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams including Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.
- Track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables across workstreams.
- Assist in translating project goals into structured plans and milestones.
- Support quarterly and PI planning activities.
- Maintain accurate status updates in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
- Ensure dependencies and risks are documented and escalated appropriately.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Prepare regular project status reports and support preparation of materials for governance meetings and leadership reviews.
- Document decisions, risks, and project updates in a structured and consistent manner.
- Identify potential risks and issues through ongoing tracking and team interactions.
- Maintain risk and issue logs and ensure timely escalation to leadership.
- Follow up on mitigation actions and resolution progress.
- Assist in tracking regulatory and clinical deliverables (e.g., documentation, validation activities).
- Ensure timelines align with EU regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR, GDPR considerations).
- Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation.
- Follow established PMO processes, templates, and governance structures.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program tracking and reporting practices.
