Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and personnel file maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR queries across Europe.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law including sick leave management, UWV notifications, and Arbodienst coordination.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy through regular data entry, audits, and reporting.
- Support HR policy drafting, updates, and communication.
- Identify and implement improvements to HR workflows and processes.
- Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, IT, and Legal.
- Support culture-building activities and contribute to positive employee experience.
- Provide talent acquisition support as needed.
