Key Responsibilities

•Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and personnel file maintenance
•Serve as primary point of contact for employee and manager HR queries across Europe
•Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law including sick leave management (Wet verbetering poortwachter), UWV notifications, and Arbodienst coordination
•Maintain HRIS data accuracy through regular data entry, audits, and reporting
•Support HR policy drafting, updates, and communication
•Identify and implement improvements to HR workflows and processes
•Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives
•Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, IT, and Legal
•Support culture-building activities and contribute to positive employee experience
•Provide talent acquisition support as needed, including resume screening, introductory interviews, and interview scheduling
