Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and personnel file maintenance
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for employee and manager HR queries across Europe
  • •Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law including sick leave management (Wet verbetering poortwachter), UWV notifications, and Arbodienst coordination
  • •Maintain HRIS data accuracy through regular data entry, audits, and reporting
  • •Support HR policy drafting, updates, and communication
  • •Identify and implement improvements to HR workflows and processes
  • •Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • •Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, IT, and Legal
  • •Support culture-building activities and contribute to positive employee experience
  • •Provide talent acquisition support as needed, including resume screening, introductory interviews, and interview scheduling
