Key Responsibilities
- Win the technical conversation in strategic deals by partnering with Solution Engineers and Sales on enterprise and Big 4 opportunities.
- Articulate DataSnipper's cloud platform architecture covering security, scalability, and compliance by design.
- Lead the technical narrative on how DataSnipper's AI agents operate in regulated environments.
- Lead migration conversations with on-prem customers moving to cloud.
- Create reusable assets: playbooks, architecture diagrams, FAQs, security one-pagers, reference materials.
- Engage Big 4 and enterprise influencers, building relationships with cloud advisors and Heads of IT.
- Define the processes, KPIs, intake model, and deal-engagement playbook for the SA function.
- Feed patterns from customer conversations back into Product and InfoSec roadmaps.
