Key Responsibilities
- Own the document intelligence pipeline: ingestion, parsing, extraction, classification, summarization.
- Define product strategy for the document intelligence platform and roadmap.
- Oversee document storage, indexing, and retrieval for quick and reliable access.
- Own non-functional requirements: accuracy, throughput, latency, cost, reliability, scalability.
- Create and run evals to measure and improve extraction, classification, and summarization quality.
- Drive model and tooling strategy: model selection, build-vs-buy, cost/performance trade-offs.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, agent teams, and integrations team.
