•Define and own non-functional requirements: latency, throughput, reliability, graceful degradation, scalability, token-cost economics, security, and observability.
•Create and run product evals to measure agent accuracy and reliability.
•Define model strategy: selection, swaps, provider decisions, cost/performance trade-offs.
•Track market intelligence and thought leadership on agentic systems.
•Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product teams, and go-to-market.
