Key Responsibilities
- Design and build production APIs and services in Python and C# for financial statement review workflows.
- Develop AI-powered agents and workflows integrating LLMs and document-understanding pipelines.
- Contribute to the React web frontend where auditors review and approve results.
- Integrate with Azure and its AI services and implement security controls aligned with OWASP.
- Architect services using well-established design principles, anticipating future use cases.
- Write robust, production-ready code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, technical mentorship, and best practices.
- Diagnose complex issues across services and use operational data to drive stability improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Break down epics, align dependencies, and help the team navigate ambiguity.
- Partner with product managers and designers to shape solutions and refine the roadmap.
- Foster a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Use AI-assisted engineering effectively and responsibly.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding.
