Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end presence at large-scale third-party sponsored events in EMEA, including strategy, planning, logistics, onsite execution, staffing, audience engagement, and performance measurement.
- Uphold high standards for live event experiences, ensuring brand alignment and measurable pipeline contribution.
- Evaluate sponsorship packages and make activation investment decisions grounded in pipeline return; support contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate event research, vendor evaluation, briefing documents, post-event reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner closely with the broader EMEA Marketing team for cohesive regional planning and integrated execution.
- Enhance operational workflows by improving planning processes, lead capture mechanisms, reporting templates, and execution frameworks.
- Track, analyze, and report on event KPIs, ROI, and budget accuracy; ensure data integrity and timely post-event follow-up.
- Identify new event opportunities, market trends, and innovative experiential approaches to strengthen Datadog's presence in EMEA.
- Model calm, professional behavior in high-pressure situations and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Manage event logistics including vendor sourcing, booth configuration, shipping, asset coordination, and onsite operations.
- Ensure seamless onsite execution through detailed planning, strong contingency management, and confident troubleshooting.
- Travel up to 50% to support events in EMEA.
