Key Responsibilities
- Slate complex engineering processes into smart, functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders to enhance usability and system performance
- Lead the implementation of application improvements and support configuration activities
- Manage user roles, system access, and integration of new functionalities
- Maintain and develop parametric parts, technical specifications, and data catalogues
- Deliver hands-on user support and coordinate relevant application training
- Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and user manuals
- Optionally support Cadmatic (Outfitting) application in legacy projects
