Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with product owners & business stakeholders to gather and document process and system integration requirements between Alfa Systems, Exact Globe+ and supporting tools.
•Design and document contract management processes to enhance operational excellence and efficiency for our Wholesale & Retail financing business.
•Translate business rules into precise data mapping specifications, defining how financial transactions trigger automated data movements.
•Design technical interfaces and data flow to ensure accurate, secure, and timely data transfer between our systems.
•As the expert on Alfa, EXACT & BPA Platform you’ll be guiding other team members on application configuration, middleware configuration, workflow orchestration, error handling, and API utilization.
•Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation in English, e.q. functional specifications, interface design documents, and data dictionaries.
