Key Responsibilities
- Analysing the existing lead follow-up process in HubSpot across multiple European countries
- Investigating which information is required to support more effective and efficient lead management
- Setting up a universal lead follow-up strategy within HubSpot
- Developing HubSpot reports to optimally support the European Used Trucks sales organisations
- Creating a clear roll-out plan for the different sales organisations across Europe
- Presenting findings, insights, and proposed improvements to key stakeholders
