Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Manager Service & Troubleshooting Information
- Work together with several different departments within After Sales, Information Technology and the Costing & Analysis department
- Work on the available data of performed Diagnostic cases, in order to analyze the quality/correctness of the Diagnostic Labor Time
- Create reports which identify the quality/correctness of Diagnostic Labor Time for the individual diagnostic instructions
- Define a process to continuously monitor the data and how to initiate the appropriate actions for the team creating the Diagnostic Labor times
- Investigate the available data of the DAF Diagnostic Assistant
- Create related reports (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Define process proposals for monitoring the data
- Define work instructions for the team to continuously improve
- Present the proposal to the related teams and their managers
