•Lead end-to-end supply chain performance, with a strong focus on improving on-time delivery and customer service levels.
•Drive effective production planning, inventory, and distribution management to balance customer demand, operational efficiency and working capital.
•Manage material planning and availability, proactively mitigating supply risks and disruptions.
•Partner closely with Customer Service as the primary contact point for supply and service issues, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication and an outstanding customer experience.
•Lead, coach and develop the planning, logistics, and supply chain teams, fostering high performance, productivity and engagement.
•Collaborate with operations, customers and global stakeholders to resolve supply issues, enhance the customer experience, ensure data accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
