Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary Cytiva solutions provider for diagnostic applications in the assigned territory.
  • •Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners.
  • •Own accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.
  • •Achieve quarterly and annual operating plans and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • •Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including marketing-generated leads.
  • •Lead pricing negotiations and support complex, strategic deal development.
  • •Collaborate with customer R&D and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
