Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary solutions provider for diagnostic applications in assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan with colleagues and distribution partners.
- Own accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.
- Achieve quarterly and annual operating plans and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including marketing-generated leads.
- Lead pricing negotiations and support complex deal development.
- Collaborate with customer R&D and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
