- Create prompts, guardrails and knowledge structures.
- Improve AI performance through continuous learning and feedback.
- Support Human-in-the-Loop decision making.
- Design APIs and EDI integrations.
- Define data mappings between customers, customs authorities and internal systems.
- Ensure reliable end-to-end data flows.
- Improve interoperability across our digital ecosystem.
- Design data models and validation rules.
- Improve master data quality.
- Automate data capture and enrichment.
- Increase First-Time-Right processing.
- Design and configure automated workflows.
- Reduce manual activities through intelligent automation.
- Orchestrate business processes across multiple systems.
- Improve operational scalability.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Contribute to our Digital Customs Platform roadmap.
- Prototype and validate new digital capabilities.
