Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing valuation reports for retail properties, portfolios, and redevelopment opportunities.
- Conduct market research, including rental evidence, yield analysis, and retail performance trends.
- Support financial modelling using valuation tools and internal databases.
- Gather and verify property, lease, and market data from internal and external sources.
- Contribute to client presentations, pitch materials, and advisory assignments.
- Collaborate closely with senior valuers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of assignments.
- Maintain and update transaction and market intelligence relevant to the Dutch retail sector.
- Work cross-functionally with Research, Capital Markets, and Agency teams when needed.
