Key Responsibilities
- Communicate new and important approved medical content to targeted healthcare professionals in local, regional, or national capacities.
- Provide externally truthful, accurate, and scientifically supported information in response to unsolicited medical requests from HCPs and other stakeholders.
- Provide internally product and indication expertise for CSL Seqirus colleagues (e.g., field force training, develop and update medical slides, medical review and copy clearance).
- Deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders in accordance with the designated medical strategy.
- Facilitate communication between HCPs, HCOs, healthcare decision makers, and Medical Affairs colleagues.
- Facilitate CSL Seqirus sponsored clinical trial, collaborative research, and investigator-initiated research activities.
- Facilitate and support Medical Affairs contribution to awareness and education of all stakeholders.
- Search actively for customer insights that contribute to the development of product medical strategies.
- Work closely in the local medical team to ensure insight generation and engagement with HCPs and KOLs are captured, shared, and escalated as needed.
- Engage and collaborate with Public Affairs, Market Access, Policy, Sales Team, Customer Services, Communications, and Medical Affairs teams.
- Act always in a manner consistent with CSL Seqirus behaviours and values.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in all compliance training in line with timelines and Code of Practice requirements.
- Contribute to internal signatory/approval process.
