Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Medical Affairs strategy and tactics in the designated therapy area.
- Provide medical expertise and input to the Business team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with External Experts and Patient Organizations.
- Contribute to strategic product plans from a medical affairs perspective.
- Respond to scientific and medical information requests from External Experts and HCPs.
- Drive Scientific Advisory Board meetings.
- Participate in scientific and medical symposia and assist with CSL-sponsored programs.
- Facilitate investigator-initiated studies and site feasibility assessments.
- Manage External Expert development plans.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the therapeutic area, pipeline, and competitive landscape.
- Provide training and education to stakeholders.
- Review materials and provide input to reimbursement dossiers.
- Ensure compliance with CSL's Code of Responsible Business Practice and local regulations.
